You approve every change before it happens.

Amazon advertising management for small brands. Each week you get a numbered list of proposed changes with the reasoning and the money attached. Nothing reaches your account until you say which lines go.

Why that is the whole offer

Most agencies take the keys. They change bids, pause keywords and move budgets, then show you a report afterwards. When it goes well you cannot tell which decision did it. When it goes badly you find out a month later.

This runs the other way round. The analysis is done for you; the decision stays yours. You end up understanding your own account instead of outsourcing it.

What a week looks like

Weekly proposals 9 lines · $174.44 of wasted spend
Pause add sleeves to any dress 65 clicks, 108% ACOS against a 39% break-even. Loses money on every order it wins.
$37.73
Negative exact lace sleeves in its own ad group 42 clicks, no sales in 60 days. Not already blocked anywhere in the account.
$20.67
Raise top-of-search bid 10% on one campaign 7-day ACOS 11.4% with orders, well inside break-even, and impression share has room.

Nothing above has been applied. Tick the lines you want and they go in as one bulk file.

Real lines from a real account, with the brand's own numbers. Every proposal names what it costs you today and what rule it came from.

How it works

Setup
About two weeks. Your real cost per unit by parent product, your break-even ACOS derived from it, a structure review, and the first full pass over the account. You get the cost model whether or not you carry on.
Each week
Bleeders, bidding, placements and search-term harvesting, run against your own thresholds. One numbered list. You mark it; approved lines go in as a bulk file.
Each fortnight
A 45-minute call on what moved and why.
Each month
Ad-type split and target TACOS per parent product, with the coming month's direction.
Throughout
A running log of every change, who approved it and what happened next. Yours to keep.

Who runs it

Dan Thomson. I run Sleevey Wonders, an apparel brand that has sold on Amazon for ten years — so the account this method was built on is my own, and I pay for every mistake in it before anyone else sees the rule.

I am not an agency. The work is deliberately sized for a small number of brands.

What it costs, and what you are risking

A one-time setup fee, then a monthly retainer from $1,800. No percentage of ad spend, because being paid more when you spend more is the wrong incentive for this job.

That is real money to hand an unknown, so here is how it is structured so you are not taking my word for anything.

Pay for setup first
You pay the setup fee and get the cost model, your real break-even by product, and one full week of proposals on your own account. Then you decide about a retainer. The first retainer invoice does not exist until you have seen the thing you would be paying for.
Keep the setup work
If you stop there, the cost model is yours. Most sellers I speak to do not have their true contribution per unit by parent product written down anywhere, and it is the number every advertising decision depends on.
Month to month
No contract, no minimum term, no notice period. Stop at the end of any month.
I never touch your account
This is the part that matters most and it is not a promise about carefulness — it is how the work is built. I have no write access. Every change is a line you ticked, applied as a file you upload. There is no version of this where you log in and find something you did not approve.

See your own numbers first

Before any of this, run the diagnostic yourself. Drop one Sellerboard export and get your contribution per unit, your real break-even ACOS and what returns are costing you — by product, for last month.

No account, no email, no call, and the file never leaves your computer. The arithmetic runs in your browser.

If what it shows is uncomfortable, that is the conversation worth having. If it shows you are fine, you have lost nothing and I have not taken your time.

Getting in touch

If you got an email from me with a calculation about your own products, replying to it is the fastest route. Otherwise:

Tell me your brand and roughly what you spend a month on Amazon ads. I will tell you whether this is worth a conversation, including when it is not.
